About Tickets

Please read the following information before purchasing tickets.

Included/Not Included in Early Bird, General, and Student Tickets

• Admission to Conference and Open Mic conference Day (8th~9th, June)
• Party on the evening of 6th, June (excluding "Student without Party")
• T-shirt not included in the 2024 tickets

Important Notes

• You'll be requested to show your student ID in an e-mail or at the reception if you bought a student ticket.
• If you are giving a presentation at this conference, you don't have to buy any tickets.
• Refunds for tickets may not be accepted (transfers are allowed)
• Please check the Code of conduct and buy only if you can agree it.
• We will take photos for public relations purposes. We appreciate your understanding.
• If there are issues with payment through Stripe, please contact the organizers for assistance
• Those who have submitted to the CFP and are not selected for a session still have the option to purchase tickets at the early bird price. Please purchase after the announcement.
• Free WiFi is not provided at the venue
